General Eaglet was my mentor when I was a young officer, and I was immensely fortunate to be associated with him for many years. He was a brilliant engineer/scientist with far ranging vision. He was a true role model for many young Air Force officers. He was a true gentleman who generously gave of his wisdom and grace to all. Rest in peace!
