“The price we pay for love is grief.”
Frank J. Shelley, age 73, entered Eternal Life on February 5, 2023, from complications related to dementia. He is survived by his sisters, Sharon Hudson, and Carol Smith; three nephews, one niece, and seven grand-nieces and nephews. Frank worked as a financial consultant. He loved ballroom dancing, tennis, and stamp collecting. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Homeward Trails Animal Rescue and Gadsby’s Tavern Museum in Alexandria, VA. A private service is planned for him at a later date. Online condolences and fond memories may be offered to the family at www.moneyandking.com

My favorite memories of Frank were his long stories related to Rockville’s history. He really did have a vast knowledge of his hometown and loved to share that with others.
My condolences to all.

Frank you left us too soon. We will cherish the times we spent together at family weddings, birthday celebrations and all the get togethers you so enjoyed. You were a gentle soul and much loved . Love and condolences to the Shelley family from Laura and Pat Baker
