Instructions:
All guests need to arrive at the Arlington Cemetery 45 minutes prior to the service (No Later Than 12:15). Do not be late! Arlington runs these services on-time and they do not delay services to wait for guests to arrive.
When arriving to the cemetery, family and friends need to drive to the guards and inform them that you are here for Col. Victor Kellan's Service. The guard at the gate will have the schedule for the day and will instruct you on where to park. NO ONE SHOULD BE PARKED IN THE VISITOR PARKING LOT. As you drive up the cemetery, guards will be directing you to turn into the visitor parking make sure you stop and inform them that you are here for a service. (if you are arriving early (see below) you may want to park in the visitor section to visit memorials and then move your car at the time of the service)
Each person MUST have a vehicle or some form of transportation. Arlington Cemetery does not provide any transportation
All guests will meet in the Administration Building and should check-in with the receptionist who will provide instructions on where to assemble.
Once assembled, a cemetery representative will provide additional instructions and information to the funeral party. These instructions will include the procession and how to line up vehicles to get from the Administration Building to the Transfer Point and then to the gravesite.
The Hearse will lead to the procession to the transfer point. One of the special moments of this service will be the transfer of the casket to a horse drawn casing. There will then be a procession from the transfer point to the gravesite. The procession will include the full honor guard along with the Air Force Military Band. Guests are welcome to walk in the procession. CARS CAN NOT BE LEFT AT THE TRASFER POINT. ANYONE INTERESTED IN WALKING WILL NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT SOMEONE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MOVING ALL CARS TO THE GRAVESITE.
The total service will last approximately one hour. There will be a memorial reception after the service at Westwood Country Club in Vienna, Virginia. Westwood Country Club is about twenty minutes from Arlington Cemetery and farther away from Reagan National Airport (DCA) for those leaving right after the service. Westwood is located at:

The Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers Visiting during the changing of the guard is recommended. A schedule of the times for the changing of the guard is available on-line or by calling the cemetery.

Beloved husband of the late Loureen "Stevie" Kellan; father of Mary Ann Kellan Hower (Paul), Lori Hall (Rick) and Victor "Chip" Kellan; grandfather of Cindy Rahman (Rumi), Michael Hall (Kristen), Tim Hall, Laura Kellan, Melissa Kellan and Audrey Kellan and great-grandfather of Kaden Rahman. Mr. Kellan's Life Celebration will be held at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, VA on Monday, December 21 from 4-7 PM with prayer service at 4:30 PM. A reception will follow with details to be announced. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, at giftfunds.stjude.org and search Kellan under Search Funds or The Kellan Family Scholarship, American Lebanese Awareness Association, P.
